We were all new members once and you will soon make friends .
Initially you don't need to be a member of the National TRF. Come to a Group night and find out what it's all about . If you want to join the Group you must be a member of the National TRF. Application forms are available on line or at Group nights . Group membership is renewable at the beginning of October each year .
We follow the TRF code of conduct when trail riding ( which includes riding in small numbers at a sensible speed ) . We have one Group run a month usually on the last Sunday but informal groups ride most weekends and some weekdays . Members other interests range from classic trials to enduros .
Throughout the year members of the Group are often called upon to help at many of the local horse events . Marshaling , score card collection and course marking are some of the many activities that we are asked to help with . And it's all for a good cause , be it a local or national charity , or to help bolster the Group's coffers .
